Hi! Welcome to Elizabeth Carlisle Events. I am so happy you are here! My name is Carly Cline, owner/lead planner. My given name is Elizabeth Carlisle, so that is where I got the name for my company.

I was born and raised in the great city of Birmingham, Alabama. I've lived here my entire life and may never leave. It's my favorite city!

A few facts about me: I love Alabama Football, traveling, anything the color blue, movies, reality TV and The Office!

6  years ago, while studying at Samford University, I was introduced to event planning. I started my career by shadowing a planner for the summer in 2014. My first wedding was fast paced, on the go and so much fun. I fell in love! Every aspect of the job was right down my alley, from organization, to on the fly decision making.

There are many things I have learned over the past 4 years. The biggest, has been the importance of serving with your whole heart, without the pursuit of seeking recognition. I want to be like Jesus in Mark 10:45 "For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." I seek to serve brides, grooms, their families and friends to the best of my ability by making the wedding (or event) smooth and stress free. Hope to talk to you soon!

Megan & Justin

We can’t say enough about how amazing Carly and her team are! After meeting several couples on our honeymoon who told horror stories of their wedding day, Justin and I felt so grateful that we couldn’t relate to them one bit because our wedding day was PERFECT all thanks to Elizabeth Carlisle Events! Carly is organized, so sweet, and makes the days leading up to the wedding so stress free!

Chaney & Max

Carly and her team were beyond amazing at our wedding. I didn’t have to worry about a thing the entire day! She is so full of joy and loves being prepared to make your special day one where you are without any concerns! We would hire her again if we could!
